No. 126, Forever Spring Oolong

This beautiful lightly-oxidized oolong enjoys luscious notes of honey, tropical pineapple and pleasant floral blossom.  Also known as Si Jie Chun, this fragrant oolong is a relatively new cultivar, discovered on a mountain in Taiwan about twenty years ago. It is thought to be a cross between Wu Yi and Chin Xin oolong varietals. The leaves are harvested and produced year round, hence the name ‘Forever Spring’. Enjoy through multiple infusions.
